Entre uma caída e outra fomos até Haleiwa assistir a final da primeira etapa da Triple Crown. CJ moeu de backside e Jay Thompson também andaram muito, estava com uma 6′5 mas queria mesmo era uma 6′6 segundo disse ao Panda nosso xereta que matou nossa dúvida. Ele não tinha uma intermediária no seu quiver entre 6′5 e 6′9 por isso caiu com a menor, mas queria mesmo era um número entre as duas. Quebrou mesmo assim.

E no final pra nossa surpresa o presidente Luis Inacio Lula da Silva apareceu pra curtir as finais, não é novidade que ele gosta de viajar, mas aposto que ninguém imaginava que ele curtia um bom campeonato de surfe.
